Pear Spoon Bread

1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tablespoon butter, melted
3/4 cup baking mix *
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 large can (29 ounces) pear halves, drained and coarsely chopped
Ice cream for serving, if desired

Spray a 2 ½-quart slow cooker with cooking oil spray. In a medium bowl, combine sugars and baking mix. Add butter, eggs and milk. Stir in cinnamon and pears and pour into prepared crock. Turn cooker to the low heat setting and cook for 5 to 6 hours.

Spoon onto dessert plates and serve with ice cream, if desired. Leftovers keep, refrigerated, for 3 days. Re-warm leftovers in microwave and serve.
